Processing of personal data

Items marked "to be completed" must be filled in by the operator before production use. This page does not state a legal basis or retention period on its own.

Data processed

• Discord user ID, username and display name of members who start verification.
• Your e-INFRA CZ identifier (issuer and subject identifier) and display name.
• Group memberships (entitlements) released by e-INFRA CZ at sign-in, and working-group memberships delivered by Perun for the EOSC CZ working groups.
• The Discord roles assigned by Gatekeeper, synchronization results, and an audit log of changes.

Gatekeeper does not store e-INFRA CZ passwords or OIDC refresh tokens.

Purpose

The data are used only to link your Discord account to your e-INFRA CZ identity and to assign and remove Discord roles that reflect your verified working-group memberships.

Unused verification requests expire automatically. When you run /unlink, the link is deleted after managed roles have been removed.

You can remove your link at any time with /unlink. For other requests, contact the operator using the details above.
